Our working method is standardised and distinctive.
We operate on the basis of a "Client Monitor", which is an integral quality control process we have developed in-house on the basis of our Procedure Manual certified by the Dutch Central Bank.

Standards

The Client Monitor comprises the analysis and structuring, the intake, documentation, registration, administration, the management, as well as the fiscal and financial reporting of an individual client within one administrative computer program. This program is designed to constantly monitor and report the client's status of affairs and calls for action if necessary. It ensures prompt response to every individual client's reporting and optimisation needs.

INDEPENDIUM's working processes fully comply with all requirements deriving from the Dutch Trust Act, issued by the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the Dutch Central Bank, as well as the Ordinance on the Supervision of Trust Service Providers issued by the Central Bank Netherlands Antilles.

Procedure

One of our distinctive offering procedures is a cost / benefit analysis on the basis of a Quick Scan. This analysis can be undertaken with prospective clients aiming at long term tax savings. The results thereof will be shown in a concise Tax Report. This report will demonstrate the total savings which can be obtained.

Any possible further implementation and related services will be worked out by means of a tailor-made contract.

Deliverables

By means of a Management Contract and a Service Level Agreement, all services and deliverables, all costs, as well as all intermediary reporting requirements will be specified and agreed upon in advance.
